HotelDesk for Mac and Windows
The front desk in its own window — no browser tabs. Sign in once and it stays signed in, reopening on the page you left. Keyboard shortcuts for the calendar, reservations and guests; links to WhatsApp and the OTAs open in your browser.
Version 1.0.1. On a Mac, drag HotelDesk to Applications, then open it; if macOS says it can't check the developer, right-click the app and choose Open the first time. On Windows the installer runs in one click.
Install HotelDesk on your phone
No app store needed. It installs straight from your browser, opens full-screen with its own icon, and stays signed in. Open hoteldesk.tech/m on your phone, then:
iPhone
- 1.Open it in Safari
- 2.Tap Share (the square with an arrow)
- 3.Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add
Android
- 1.Open it in Chrome
- 2.Tap the ⋮ menu
- 3.Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen)
Sign in with your HotelDesk account once and the app stays signed in.
