The agreement between HotelDesk and the businesses that use it.
The service
HotelDesk is property management software for hostels and small hotels: front desk, calendar, channel connections, booking site, payments, housekeeping, reports and the rest of the modules on our website.
Free trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with every module included. No card is needed to start. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or the account pauses; your data is kept for you.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping passwords private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Your data
Your property's data stays yours. You can export it at any time. We process your guests' details only to run HotelDesk for you, as described in our Privacy notice.
Plans and fees
Plans and prices are on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance for the period you choose; annual plans are invoiced once a year.
Fair use
Don't use HotelDesk to break the law, send spam, or interfere with the service or other customers.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using HotelDesk at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid, and we will tell you first.
